DELIVERY & RETURNS

We endeavour to deliver your wonderful purchases as swiftly as possible. They’ll arrive by courier, and a signature will normally be required.

1. Shipping
We offer: Free standard shipping over 350 AED/ 360 SAR, cost if users do not reach the minimum amount will be 20 AED/ 25 SAR.

• Delivery will take 2-4 business days for orders placed by 13:00 
• Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
• Express shipping is currently unavailable. 


All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from penhaligons.com to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery.

 

2. Returns

This Returns & Refunds applies in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia on products bought from our website for personal use (not resale).

PLEASE NOTE:

Refunds include the retail price of the returned product shown on the verified dispatch note.

You must then return the Products delivered:
•    by following the steps of the procedure suggested by our customer service, when a free return is offered to you; or
•    by any other means chosen by you, at your own expense. You are advised to keep any proof of having returned products, which presupposes that the products will be returned by you by recorded       delivery or any other means that allows proof of a specific date of return.

Refunds can only be credited as follows:
•    To the credit or debit card used to buy the product if delivered to United Arab Emirates; or 
•    To the customer's bank account for products delivered to Saudi Arabia and paid with cash on delivery. 

The return of the products must be made by you:
•    within fourteen (14) days as from the time you have notified us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal; and
•    in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and accompanied by all the accessories and documents provided with them at the time of delivery (notice, warranty, certificate of authenticity, etc.) and the delivery slip enclosed with the products delivered.

 Reimbursement of the price invoiced for products returned will be made by crediting your bank account within (14) days as from the receipt by us of the returned product or, if earlier, the day on which you supply evidence of having sent the products back.

Returns within the same country where the products were delivered (ie. United Arab Emirates or Saudi Arabia) are free. However, if you’re returning something from elsewhere, you’ll need to pay postage.

Bulk, automated or third-party claims cannot be accepted.

Any personalized, revised or altered products, or any product returned in a damaged, used, incomplete or soiled condition, may not be refunded or exchanged.
