CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return any product to us free of charge (except final sale items which are non-returnable). Returns must be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receiving the product. Please note that returns are free of charge from the regions we deliver to. To return any item please email our Customer Service team to request a return. [email protected]
You will be refunded to your original form of payment within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receipt of your cancellation notice or returned product(s) by our Customer Service team. If you have paid using Cash on Delivery, you will receive your refund as an e-voucher.
All returned items should be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, sealed and accompanied by all documents provided with them at the time of delivery.
Any personalized, revised or altered products, or any products returned damaged, used, unsealed, incomplete or soiled, may not be refunded.
If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, Penhaligons will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s).
Please note that all items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

ARE ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
None of our products, nor the ingredients that go into them, are tested on animals – and we only work with people who abide by the same strict standards. We never ship our products to markets that would require such testing.
HOW LONG WILL THE FRAGRANCE LAST ON MY SKIN?
One’s fragrance comprises head, heart and base notes. The head notes disappear in 15 minutes or so, but the base notes may linger all day – especially if one wears a strong eau de parfum.
A perfume fades faster when the air is dry, and spirits are high. But the memories? They last a lifetime.
