What are E-gift Cards?
E-gift Cards are electronic gift cards that work just like standard gift cards but they are sent to you by email. They can be used online at www.penhaligons.com/uk/en.

Where can I buy an E-gift Card?
E-gift Card can be purchased on our UK website, in GBP only. If you would like to purchase an E-gift Card online please click here. A Penhaligon’s physical Gift Card can be purchased in our UK stores
When will the E-gift Cards be emailed?
E-cards will be emailed to the recipient address provided to us up to two hours after the order is placed or on a specified delivery date selected when purchasing the E-gift Cards. Please note the email with your E-gift Card may be in your junk or spam email folder.
How can I check my E-gift Card balance?
Simply visit our Gift Card balance check page and enter your E-gift Card or Gift Card code and pin.
Is there an expiry period for my Card?
E-gift Cards and Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the day of purchase.
Where do I find my E-gift Card code and PIN number?
These numbers can be found on the email that is sent with your E-gift Card.
How can I pay to purchase a E-gift Card?
You can currently pay only with debt or credit cards. It’s currently not possible to purchase an E-gift Card with Paypal and Klarna.
Can I cancel my E-gift Card?
Please make sure you check all details when purchasing an e-gift card as e-gift cards cannot be refunded once purchased.
What happens if I enter the wrong e-mail address when purchasing an E-gift Card?
Please be very careful when typing in the recipient’s email address as Penhaligon’s will accept no responsibility for errors.
